Enterprising New frontiers
Tomorrow at 5:00 in the afternoon after four years in development the Uclean Space Agency will be launching the RSS-1 Enterprise the first in a new line of reusable space shuttle. For the first mission the shuttle will dock with space lab to deliver supplies such as food, tools, and replacement parts. And to achieve this mission the ship will be piloted by a crew of four astronauts Tammy O'Sullivan, Gabriella Clark, Adah Stewart, and Asher Knowles. The RSS project was commissioned by congress back in 2014 with a development cost of 3.4 billion dollars. The government aims to cut cost on space travel by developing a fully reusable space craft, and everything from the orbiter to the SRBs can be reused, and the point was to cut cost on the development of new rocket parts. The main purpose of the shuttle is to be used for research, crew exchanges to the space station, transport cargo, and to put satellites in orbit.

Further Action One week ago the nation was shocked when the nation of Aglrinia Invaded the collective of city-states of Aspidia. Although Aglrinia invading and annexing countries is not surprising by this point it was the methods they took described by refugees. Aspidia was invaded on the morning of March 31st with the Aglrinian air force using chemical weapons on the city such as chlorine. The government has officially condemned the invasion as an unjust and unprovoked strike against a lesser power. Though the government officially condemned the attack they haven't released a statement on the situation or the the plan to do in light of this. However this morning President Lewis gave a statement on the situation. "We are assessing the situation, weighing our options with both parliament and our allies, military action is off the table at this time, as more information becomes available we share our findings with the people".

June 3, 2018 The Blackbird to be Retired This morning the Uclean air force decided to end the SR-71 program. The ironical spy plane developed in 1966 served to spy on countries domestic an abroad for many years. The decision to end the project came due to both expenses and the development of newer and better technology. The upkeep of the project is around 71 million dollars, and the minister of the armed forces thinks that that money could be better spent on other projects. However the biggest reason for the air force to cut the program is because the SR-71 is a relic of its era. in the early days of the program the success rate of a mission would be a 99.9% success rat, however in the 21st century the average success rate of a mission would is predicted to be around a 95% success rate due to newer and better detection and defensive technology.

Freedom Station Concept for freedom station
A new project be put forword by U.S.A to replace the aging Space Lab with a new more modern space station. This decision follows after a disaster on board Space Lab on July 9th in which a fire broke out on board the station forcing the crew of three to use the on board the station to use the escape capsule.
Freedom Station is going to be a larger more modern version a Space lab. Its uses are for zero G experiments, and to test long term human expositor in zero gravity for long term space travel. The station is suppose to have a crew compliment of six people on crew rotation from six to eight months. The station will be permanently equipped with two version four capsules in case of disaster. The experiment that are going to be conducted on the new station are not yet known, however what we do know is that the station will be playing a part of the planet shot project.
